2 15-oz cans red beans, rinsed and drained
1 4-oz can chopped green chilies
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup beer
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything in 2-qt casserole. Bake uncovered about 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, till desired thickness. Serve over rice.
