1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 cup regular rice, uncooked
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsp chicken flavored bouillon granules
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter in large skillet until vegetables are tender. Add rice and cover over medium heat, stirring constantly, until rice is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until liquid absorbed. Serve warm.
