2 CUPS MILK
¾ CUP SUGAR
⅛ TSP SALT
1 TBSP VANILLA
2 CUPS LIGHT CREAM OR WHIPPING CREAM

Directions:
Prepare ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. In saucepan, combine eggs, milk, sugar and salt. Cook over low heat until mixture just begins to bubble, stirring constantly. Cool. Add vanilla and cream. Pour into freezer can. Freeze as directed. Any leftover ice cream can be stored in refrigerator freezer in covered container.


Chocolate Pudding: Increase sugar to 1 cup and add 2 squares (1 oz. Each) unsweetened chocolate during cooking process.
