1 16 oz pack of pitted dates
1/4 C unsweetened coconut, (plus more for coating)
1/2C sliced almonds
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Dash Salt
2Tbsp choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Throw it all in the food processor for 20 seconds or until fully combined.

Press into a wax paper lined 11x13 pan, chill, slice into 12 bars (or smaller nuggets for messy toddlers), roll in coconut flakes if desired.

Wrap in plastic wrap for travel! Keep stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (if they make it that long!)
