Ingredients:

2 Tbsp lime juice
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp dried dill weed
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chili powder
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro , chopped

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.
You'll want the consistency of a pourable, creamy salad dressing. If still too thick, add more lime juice. If too runny, add sour cream.
Refrigerate the sauce for at least one hour — the longer the better.
Serve chilled over fish tacos.
