2 eggs (large or extra large) per person
Ziploc bags (quart size)
Various ingredients (cheese, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Write individual name on bag with permanent marker. Crack 2 eggs into the quart size ziploc bag (not more than 2). Shake to combine them. Each person should add prepared ingredients of their choice to their bag and shake. Remove air from bag and zip. Place bags in rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily. Can prepare bags night before.
