1 lb each hamburger and ground sausage
1 medium onion diced fine
½ c. Bread crumbs
¼ c water
Spices to taste

Directions:
Mix the onions, hamburger and sausage. Add the bread crumbs, seasonings, and water. Mix well and, using a cookie scoop, make and shape meatballs. Cook on a rack placed in a lined cookie sheet in a 400º oven, turning to brown on all sides, or barbecue on medium, turning frequently. These freeze well and you can shape to whatever size you prefer before cooking. If the mixture is sticky, add more bread crumbs, it it’s dry, add more water.
