1 lb sliced bratwurst, andouille, or smoked sausage
1 medium onion diced
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 6k Miller High Life
Tony Chacheres spice to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the onions and the sausage, spice with Tony Chacheres or your favorite spices. Add the beer and diced potatoes, cook for 30 minutes until potatoes are tender. Serve with cheese bread and more Miller beer. Enjoy!
