1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 can (7 oz) crab meat
1 or 2 cups cooked shirmp, cleaned and deveined
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayo
1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except crumbs. Place in lighly buttered casserole. Top wih crumbs and bake at 350 until light brown, 30 - 40 minutes.
