2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. diced onion
1 can of cream of chicken (condensed) soup
1 16 oz. carton of sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese (also can use Colby/Jack)
1 c. crushed corn flakes (for topping)


Directions:
Directions:
Combine hash browns, chopped onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.

Pour into 9x13 greased pan (Pam spray).

Top with crushed corn flakes and pour melted butter evenly over the top.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hr., or until golden brown and bubbly.
