1 CUP BLUEBERRIES
1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
1 CUP WARM WATER
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
½ TSP VANILLA

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, combine berries, sugar and water. Heat to boiling until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in lemon juice and vanilla. Cool to luke warm or cold. Serve on pancakes, waffles, ice-cream, etc.
