4 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR
½ CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
1 CAN CONDENSED MILK
1 LB HERSHEY BAR
16 OZ. SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 PT. MARSHMALLOW CREAM
1 ½ TSP VANILLA
1 LB NUTS, CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)

Place Hershey bar, chips, marshmallow cream and vanilla in power mixing bowl.


In large saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar and milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water test. Pour over ingredients in mixing bowl and beat with cake beater on medium speed until glazed and beginning to hold form. Add nuts and mix well. Pour into large buttered pan (a 1/2 sheet pan or cookie pan works well). Cool and cut into bite size pieces.
