Dry Mix -
1/3 cup buttermilk powder
2 tbs parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp dry dill weed
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dry onion flakes
1 tsp dry chives
1 tsp salt or sea salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together and store in airtight container to use when needed.

To make Dressing -
Use 1 tbs dry ranch mix (above)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
You can substitute sour cream or yogurt, or greek yogurt
Thin to desired consistency with milk
Refrigerate to blend flavours

I like to mix a small quantity to use up when fresh.

3 tbs of the dry mix is approximately 1 packet of store-bought ranch dressing mix.
