1 stick of butter
1 cup of self rising flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
2 cups of sliced fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Melt the butter in a 9" x 13" pan

In a bowl mix the flour, sugar and milk
Pour the mixture over the butter (don't smooth it out, just pour)
Distribute the fruit and juice over the mixture and butter (don't smooth this one either)

Bake about 30 to 40 minutes

Serve hot with ice cream or a little whipping cream
