2-3 Bell Peppers
2-3 hot peppers, your choice I choose jalapeņo
11/2 cups cider vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 package certo - fruit pectin
1-2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
4 drops red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
De seed peppers and chop in blender. Add vinegar and red pepper blend until smooth. pour into pot and heat med-high. Slowly add sugar. When all sugar is added, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let stand 20 minutes. Bring to boil again for 2 minutes. remove from heat add certo. Stir 5 minutes until blended. Add food coloring and pour into hot jars.. Boil bath for 10-15 minutes.
