1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, ¾ " thick
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed beef broth
1 C water
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 C uncooked corkscrew pasta
½ C sour cream
1 C frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef into very thin strips and brown over medium high heat with vegetable oil; brown until juices evaporate, stirring often.
Add soup, broth, water and Worcestershire sauce . Heat to a biol. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 15 minutes or until pasta is done, stirring often. Stir in sour cream and peas. Heat through.
