2 pounds ground chuck
2 cups chopped onions
2 Tbsp chili powder
3/4 tsp ground cumin
3/4 ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups water
1 16oz can dark red kidney beans - rinsed and drained
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ounce unsweetened chocolate - chopped
Hot cooked spaghetti
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a 6 quart pot cook the beef and onions over medium heat, until the meat is browned.
Drain off the fat.
Add chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, salt, cayenne pepper and garlic.
Cook and stir for two minutes - until fragrant.
Add the water, beans, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
Cook spaghetti according to package.
Stir in the chocolate, until melted.
Serve the chili over drained spaghetti noodles.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and remaining chopped onions.
