1 bag of pretzels (family size)
2/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour over pretzels. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, microwave for another minute and stir making sure all pretzels are covered. Spread pretzels on wax paper. While pretzels are still warm, drizzle melted white chocolate chips over pretzels with a fork. Let cool. Store in an air tight container.

Hint--If melting white chocolate chips in microwave vs. double boiler--melt for 30 seconds, stir well, melt for another 30 seconds, stir well. After that microwave at 5-10 second intervals stirring well each time. Watch carefully as white chocolate will burn easily in the microwave.
