1 can of shoe peg corn
1 can black eyed peas-drained, rinsed
1 can black beans-drained, rinsed
green onion
red pepper
green pepper
4 oz can black olives
celery
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of vinegar
1 cup of oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, vinegar and oil for 3 minutes. Set aside to cool. Finely chop vegetables. Combine the ingredients, add the liquid. Then cover and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
