Ingredients:  
2 oz. dark sweet chocolate
1 TBSP of water
1 large egg yoke
1 large egg white
1/2 tsp. of rum or brandy

Directions:
Directions:
In small heavy sauce pan melt chocolate with water, stir constantly
Remove from heat and stir in egg yoke well
Flavor with rum or brandy
Stiffly beat egg white and fold in chocolate mixture
Pour into two demitasse cups or small dishes
Chill at least 2 hours
