3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
**1/4 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 water
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, slightly beat the egg yolks, add the well combined dry ingredients. Mix well. Add vinegar and water. Cook over LOW heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Be careful not to let it get too hot! Add butter and remove from heat. Stir well and cool.

Serve over warmed little smokies and stir often to coat with sauce. Serve in a crock pot on a keep warm setting.

** Grandpa George uses 'Coleman's Brand dry Mustard'. It is a little spicier and hotter.
