2 C whole wheat flour
1 C honey
2 t baking soda
3 C grated carrots
1 C butter
3 t cinnamon
½ t mace
½ t nutmeg
1 t salt
4 eggs

¾ honey
4 oz cream cheese
1 t maple _______
¾ BE powder
1 t vanilla
½ C chopped pecans

Bake at 350º for 30-40 mins
Mix glaze well and drip over cake
