4 eggs
1½ C granulated sugar
1 t vanilla extract
1 t almond extract
2 C flour
2 t baking powder
½ pint heavy cream
Directions:
Directions:
Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In another bowl, place eggs, sugar, vanilla, and almond. beat well. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Beat well, then gently fold in heavy cream. Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 350º for approximately 50 minutes. Remove from tube and cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
