1 small macaroni box
1 c chopped onion
1 c copped celery
1 margarine stick
......dried beef
4 tbsp. flour
2 c milk
2 tbsp. parsley
1 c sharp cheddar cheese-grated
salt and pepper to taste (beef is salty)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until tender. Cook onion and celery in margarine until tender. Add beef, flour, salt, and pepper.
Blend in milk and cheese. Cook until thick. Add macaroni and mix well. Pour into baking dish and top with parsley. Bake 30 minutes at ............
