OK folks, this is how I did it for Christmas dinner 2018 and it turned out the best I have ever done. I got a 13.55 lb. crown rib roast and rubbed it with the mixture I have above. I did not measure, just went with what I had until it looked and tasted good. Rub the entire roast and let sit for a couple of hours. I cooked it in a 375º oven uncovered on a rack in a roasting pan for about 75 minutes. I then took it out, covered the bone tips with tinfoil, put some vegies around it and put it back in for another hour. Then take it out, cover it with a tinfoil tent and let sit for at least 20 minutes. Cut into steaks between the ribs towards the center and it was great.
