10 shrimp
1 tbsp Emil essance
1 tbsp land o lakes light butter
1 cup riced cauliflower
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp finely chopped red pepper
1 finely chopped shallot
1/4 c chicken stock
Hand full of baby spinach (optional)
S & P

Directions:
Directions:
Toss shrimp in Emil essance
Add butter in pan an lightly saute shrimp until they turn pink. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until all has softened.
Add shrimp back into pan to warm shrimp up and serve.
