2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup butter

Mix in bowl

2 eggs seperated
½ tsp vanilla
¼ cup sour cream

Directions:
½Dissolve ½ package of yeast with 2 tabls warm water. Blend into flour, refrigerate 1 hour

beat egg whites foamy add ½ cup sugar beat stiff add ½ tsp finely chopped walnuts or pecans, ½ tsp almond extact

divide dough in 4 parts roll into 9" circles on board sprinkle with confectioner sugar cut in t 12 wedges

Bake 400º for 10-12 minutes
