Equal parts dry rice to water (adjust for your needs)
4 cups rice
4 cups water
Garlic to taste
Salt to taste

1. Combine rice, water, garlic and salt in pressure cooker. Be sure to stir so that the rice doesn't clump
2. Cook at high pressure for 3 minutes.
3. Allow pressure to naturally release for 13 minutes (your pressure cooker may require a different time, the range is 11 to 18 minutes)
4. Quick release after 13 minutes.

I found 11 minutes too short for the 8 qt InstantPot. Rice was slightly al dente.
