1 lb. Unsalted Butter
2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar (packed)
1½ Cups Sugar
3 large eggs, beaten
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
6 Cups Flour
¼ tsp. salt
5 Cups Chocolate Chips mixture of Semi-sweet, White, Milk Chocolate chips.
2 Cups Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Beat 3 - 4 minutes. (Batter will be dry.) Stir in chips and nuts. Drop on cookie sheet with ice cream scooper.

Bake for 8-11 minutes.
