3 cups flour
6 tsps baking powder
1/2 salt
4 Tbsp sugar
2 cups milk
3 eggs, separated
4 Tbsp oil

Directions:
In mixer, mix dry ingredients. Add milk gradually. Then add egg yolks and oil. Mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites . Bake in waffle iron according to manufacturers directions.
