Ingredients:  
12 drumsticks or chicken thighs (can use mixture of both)
4 large white onions
9 medium sized jalapeņos
3 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions and jalapeņos. (remove seeds from jalapeņos if you don't want it spicy) Set aside
Marinate chicken with bouillon, pepper and garlic salt.
Place oil in deep pan and cook chicken thoroughly.
Add in onions and jalapeņos- cook until onion is almost crystal.
Pour in water and vinegar and cover pan.
Let simmer for 15 minutes and serve over white rice.
