1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
10 hard boiled eggs, cubed
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
Pepper
6 c. milk
Toast

Directions:
Directions:
Melt and brown butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir until combined. Stir in milk a little at a time and whisk until it's smooth and bubbly. Add salt, pepper, cut up eggs and bacon. Serve over toast.
