1 c. marg. softened
½ c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 egg white, slightly beaten
¾ c. sesame seeds
¼ c. red jelly

Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients together until fluffy. Stir in flour, lemon juice and rinds. Chill dough until firm enough to handle easily, about 15 min. Shape into balls about 1" diameter. Dip in egg white, then sesame seeds, shake to remove excess seeds. Put balls onto lightly greased cookie sheets, make dent in the middle. Fill each with dab of jelly. Bake @375º
about 20 min. or until lightly browned. Yield:3½ - 4 dozen.
