1 round steak
1/4 c. shortening
Flour, salt and pepper for dredging
2 TB flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 (3-4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 TB. dehydrated onions

Directions:
Tenderize steak and cut into serving pieces. Melt shortening in heavy skillet. Dredge steak pieces in the flour mixture and brown in shortening. Do not cook. Remove meat from skillet and place in a 8"x 10" greased casserole dish. Stir the 2 TB flour, salt and pepper to taste into the skillet drippings. Make paste and then add the soup, water, mushrooms with the liquid and onion. Pour over steak. Make 45 mins to 1 hour in 350º oven. Cover and bake 20 mins longer. May turn oven on low heat and hold for 1 hour before serving.
