1c Sugar
2 Eggs Beaten
1/2ts Vanilla
3Tb Milk
2c Flour
1/2tsp Baking powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt
2c Crushed Ripe Bananas
1/2c Melted Margarine
1/2c Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk
Mix dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture
Add Bananas, butter and nuts last. Put into loaf pan 1/2-3/4 full. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Smaller pans will cook faster.
