Dough:
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Cheese Filling:
16 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
Lemon extract or lemon juice to taste

Topping:
10 oz. pkg. sour cream
4 TB sugar

Directions:
Bake 325º-350º for 1 hour. Cool for 5 mins. and top with sour cream mixture. Cool few hours before serving. I got this from Sis. Elfie Tovstiga.
