1st layer:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
3/4 c. pecan, chopped
Mix together and press into 9"x 13" and bake 350º for 20 mins.

2nd layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. cool whip
Beat softened cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until set.

3rd layer:
3 pkgs. lemon instant pudding.
4 c. cold milk
Mix on low speed until partially thickened. Spread on 2nd layer. Refrigerate until set.

4th layer:
Spread remaining Cool Whilp (12 oz.) on top of 3rd layer. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Keep refrigerated covered with plastic wrap until ready to use.
