Dough:
3 cups Flour
1 Tbsp Yeast
1 cup Warm Water
½ cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
A little oil

Garlic Topping:
1/8 cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp unsalted Butter
5 Garlic Cubes
4 Parsley Cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough ingredients together. Smear oil around it. Let rise for an hour.
Make knots- dough may be sticky so flour your hands. Lay out on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake on 350- until lightly brown on top
Melt topping ingredients in a small pot/pan. Smear on top of knots when they come out of oven.
