1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 TB sugar
Mix and set aside

1 c. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
Stir together and add to yeast mixture

Add:
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour

Directions:
Stir until dough follows spoon around bowl. Cover and let rise until double. Divide dough in half . Roll each half into a circle. Cut with a pizza cutter into 12 pieces. Roll each piece beginning at large outside edge. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 350º 10-15 mins or until nicely browned
