Our family loves these. Loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats to keep you full and loaded with energy throughout the day. Perfect on the go snack especially to get you over the mid afternoon slump. If you don't have flax seed on hand substitute wheat germ. Try dark chocolate chips instead of semi. Add in shredded coconut, cranberries or cocoa powder if you like.
