1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing
3 c. sliced zucchini
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, diced fine
1 can cream chicken soup
1 small sour cream
1 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender, drain. Put half of stuffing in 2 qt. casserole pan. Add grated carrot, chopped onion. Mix sour cream and soup, heat and pour over stuffing in casserole. Sprinkle remaining stuffing over top. Melt butter and pour over stuffing. Bake 350º 45 mins.
