Corn tortillas
Las Pallmas enchilada sauce
Onions
Monterey Jack cheese
Seasoned meat
Directions:
Directions:
Soften tortillas in warm enchilada sauce. Place onions, cheese and meat in center then roll tightly. Place in casserole dish. Pour remaining onions, cheese and sauce on top. Bake 350º for 1 hour.
