3 chicken breasts (par boiled or roasted, cut in cubes)
broccoli (2 square pkgs. frozen, or one bag frozen, or 2-3 bunches of crowns if fresh) (cooked)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
2 cans of cream of chicken soup (can be low fat and/or low salt, or cream of mushroom/broccoli)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup bread cubes (I use day old bread)
1 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a casserole dish approximately 8X11 inches, or a 9X9 square glass dish.

Place broccoli in bottom then chicken on top (salt & pepper both items).

Combine Mayonnaise, lemon, curry powder and soup and pour over the broccoli and chicken.

Combine the shredded cheese, croutons and butter and sprinkle on top.

Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or till it is nice and bubbly.

We first had this recipe when headed to Fort Drum for Levi's deployment ceremony. We had dinner with Jeanne and Bob in Watertown, NY, and they made us this recipe that we loved!
