Ingredients:
Ingredients:
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup or more chopped macadamia nuts or chopped pecans (I use both)
1 Tbsp brandy
1 (14- or 15-oz) round brie

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir together sugar, nuts, and brandy. Cover and chill for 24 hours or up to a week!
2. Preheat oven to 500º.
3. Place the brie on a cookie sheet or Pyrex pie plate and bake 3 or 4 minutes to soften.
4. Take out of the oven and spread the sugar mixture in an even layer on top of the warm brie and bake for 3 or more minutes until sugar mixture melts. I usually cut into the middle to see if the brie is completely melted inside. If not, put back in the oven for another minute or so.
5. Serve with crackers or apple/pear wedges.
