5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
Seasoning Salt
1 medium stalk celery, chopped (about ½ c.)
1 small onion, chopped (about ¼ c.)
⅛ tsp. pepper
4-6 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes. Boil cubed potatoes in salt water until tender; do not cook too long or will be too soft to put in potato salad. Drain water and add seasoning salt to warm potatoes. Chop celery and onion, as desired for salad. Chop hard boiled eggs. Add eggs, celery, onion and pepper to potatoes. Add Miracle Whip Salad Dressing to potatoes, celery, onion and hard boiled eggs. May serve warm or chilled. Refrigerate after adding Miracle Whip Salad Dressing.
