2 Pounds Mr. Dell's© frozen shredded hash brown potato package (loose shred)
3 Cups Half-and-half
½ Cup Butter
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup Shredded swiss cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns in their package.

Heat cream and butter until butter melts. Remove from heat and stir in salt.

Place thawed hash browns in a layer in an ungreased 11x15 or 9x13 baking dish. Pour cream mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle top with shredded cheeses. Bake at 325º for approximately one hour (should be browned and bubbly on top).
