2 large ripe avocados, halved, pitted & flesh scooped out ( about 2 cups avocados)
6 T unsweetened cocoa powder
5 T maple syrup
¼ - ⅓ c milk
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into bowl of food processor and whirl until smooth. You may need more milk if the pudding is too thick. Taste & add more maple syrup if desired. Chill at least 2 hours but store no more than 24 hours.
