¾ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
¾ c packed lift brown sugar
½ c unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
2 T oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 c grated unpeeled zucchini (pat dry with paper towels)
¾ c all-purpose flour
½ c whole wheat flour
½ c unsweetened cocoa powder
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 12 muffin cups or use paper liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, applesauce, eggs, oil & vanilla. Blend well, stir in zucchini & set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients, Blend well & stir in chocolate chips.
Add wet to dry ingredients & stir until just moistened. Spoon into cups & bake for 20 - 22 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
