2 lbs sausage links, fried, drained and cut up
8 slices fresh bread, trim crust and cube
3/4 lb mild cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs
2 1/4 c milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease pan, place bread cubes in pan.
2. Add sausage & cheese. Beat eggs, milk & pour over. Then pour on the can of mushroom soup. Cover.
3. Let sit in fridge overnight. Bake next day at 325 degrees for 1 ½ hours, covered with tinfoil.
