2 1/2 c All Purpose Flour
3/4 c Sugar
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/4 c Eggnog
6 tbsp. Butter (melted and cooled)
2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped Pecans
1/2 c Coarsely Chopped Glace Cherries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Grease 3 mini loaf pans.
Combine dry ingredents in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredents in a medieum bowl and stir until combine. Combine wet and dry ingredents. Mix just until all ingredents are moistened. Stir in Pecans and Cherries. Spoon into pans.

Bake 35-40 mins or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool in pans 15 minutes then cool on racks.

Store tightly wrappped in plastic at room temperature.
